Chest Press/Knee ups: ​(50 seconds on, 10 seconds of round the world)

Lunge With Kettlebell: (50 seconds on, 10 seconds of round the world)

Upright Row: (50 seconds on, 10 seconds of round the world)

COT/Moleskin:
