  • Speed Bump Escalator
    • 1st Bump – 10 Burpees
    • 2nd Bump – 10 Burpees, 10 Big Boy Sit-ups
    • 3rd Bump – 10 Burpees, 10 Big Boy Sit-ups, 10 Squats
    • 4th Bump – 10 Burpees, 10 Big Boy Sit-ups, 10 Squats, 10 Merkins
  • Partner up at Pull-up bars
    • Pax 1 – 5 pull-ups and 10 Monkey Humpers  (AMRAP)
    • Pax 2 – run sidewalk towards Goose Poop Island, Bear Crawl from the turn to the bridge, 10 Airsquats, Bear Crawl to turn, run across to pull-up bars, switch with partner
    • Rinse and Repeat x 3
  • Mosey to the STOP sign
  • Speed Bump Sprints (3) back to AO for some good ole’ traditional Mary
