Warmorama: Windmills IC x 20, American Hammers IC x 20, Mosey to the parking lot by the tennis courts.
The Thang: Partner 1 will perform each exercise listed below as Partner 2 backpedals down towards the pond, performs a “Bobby Hurley” and jogs back to continue the exercise from the count accumulated by Partner 1.

- Big Boy Sit-ups(150)
- Little Baby Arm Circles(300)
- Merkins(150)
- Imperial Walkers(300)
When finished do some MARY while you wait for the six. When all is finished we mosey back to the AO. With 5 minutes to spare we hold plank while PAX call a plank position and countdown from 10.
This was a challenging workout that I have wanted to do for a while. The PAX were definitely up for the challenge. Strong work!!
