Lunges are fun!

Q: RX

PAX: Meatloaf, Tiny Tank, Stouffers, Franks

Warm up: 30 Seal Claps, 20 Cotton Pickers ,15 Mountain Climbers, and 20 Moroccan night clubs

The Thang: We moseyed over to the speed bumps and proceeded. We did 10 Burpee’s at the first speed bump and lunged to the second speed bump. At the second speed bump we did 20 (4 count) flutter kicks, then sprinted to the 3rd speed bump. At the 3rd we did 30 (4 count) merkins, then lunged to the 4th speed bump. At the 4th we did 40 squats and sprinted to the 5th speed bump. At the 5th, we did 50 SSH’s. We then ran back to the 1st speed bump and repeated the sequence.

We then moseyed back toward the flags and did some dips, American Hammers, LBC’s, and box cutters. We finished with the COT.

Moleskin: Meatloaf was pushing himself today, as it was only his 2nd time posting. Tiny Tank is always the encourager and picks up the six. Franks was warming up for his trip to the mountains this weekend and he hopes to get in a run while there. Stouffers loves lunges and feels it will help his early morning run on Saturday at Iron Island.

Prayers: Keep Moab is your prayers as he heals from a blood clot. Keep the Southern Tour Ultra runners in your prayers during their run on Saturday.
