THE THANG:
Today was the second Affordable RUNday, I would have to say it was a success. We have gone from 5 or fewer guys to 10+ the past two weeks. Give the people what they want! Trump and Ugly Stick got in 5 miles extra credit, I warmed up the course for the boys for 2.25. Then the workout started and we all did two laps around Veterans Park, it felt nice to barely see a car or two for our entire run. All pax finished and got 4-5 miles depending on their route!
