Warmorama: None.  Time is fleeting

The Thang: Today’s workout was in honor of Army Captain Dan Whitten.  This is a great workout, as it incorporates weights and cardio.

Five rounds for time:
22 Kettlebell Swings
22 Wall Jumps
Run 1/4 mile
22 Burpees
22 Kettlebell Thrusters

Mary: None.  Out of time.

COT

Way for all PAX to push themselves.  This is not an easy workout.  I’m glad that almost all PAX were able to finish, or come awfully close.

4th quarter comeback: 5K at Carolina Beach State Park on December 29.  There are a few PAX running the 5k, and at least 1 that is running the half marathon.  Join them for a little pre-New Year’s fun.

Beer and Hymns on December 23rd in the Ohana Room at Waterman’s Brewing  Company.

No idea why I said Seahorse’s name while introducing myself on the namorama.  I think it was due to lack of oxygen to the brain.

Thankful that I was able to lead a workout again after some time away.  As Gravity said “You’re good for once a quarter”.  Let’s hope that I get back sooner than that.
