Warmorama: Due to the time constraints for this workout we started with a Mosey to starting point of the Thang – in front of the visitor center.

 

The Thang:

 

The MURPH – since we are on the backside of Veterans day I wanted to give tribute to an American Hero. In case you’re unfamiliar, “Murph” is a classic CrossFit workout known as a Hero WOD. Hero WOD’s are made by CrossFit to honor the men and women that have fallen in the line of duty. This one is specifically to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.

 

A One-Mile Run

100 Pull Ups

200 Merkins

300 Squats

A Second One-Mile Run

— all while wearing either a 20 pound vest or body armor

 

COT/Moleskin:

Prayers to those who have big life changing decisions, the California family victims, the Lumberton girl abducted and all other mentioned and unmentioned needs. Inspired by my brothers each time I have the pleasure to workout with them. Thank you!
