Forward lunge stretch left and right, standing legs-spread stretch, SSHs

THE THANG

Run perimeter of HMP. Stop along way and run around goose poop island at 80% speed. Rinse and repeat. Return to AO for short sprints between speed bumps.

MOLESKIN

YHC’s pace group was Noodle and Gravity. They really worked hard, after I started yelling at them, of course. JK. They defied their inner voices to slow down or stop. Some real nice speed at the end during the Indian run. Keep training fellas!
