Run… Head out the CCT with our goal being the bridge at the end of Teal/Rill (~2.5 miles one way)

All PAX covered at least 3 miles (Gravity & Stubing made a left at Albuquerque and ended up in the woods, but still covered 3+)

YHC was glad to be able to post this morning. After a week working early mornings in Surf City, it was a great to be ITG again.

Apparently YHC managed a 5K PR this morning as well…
