WARM UP:

20 x Side Straddle Hop

20 x Cotton Picker

20 x Windmill

THE THANG:

Mosey to the Stadium

Count off then double the number, # of merkins.

Run one lap around track back to stairs, 20 Dips at the bottom, decreasing by 2 at each set of stairs.

At the top of stairs, 2 squats increasing by 2 each set of stairs.

After first 6 set of stairs, run one full lap around to track and finish last 4 set of stairs.

LBC’s while PAX finish up.

Indian run around track, last PAX does 5 merkins before running.

PAX pair up, one PAX 5 pull ups and the other does LBC’s.

Mosey to picnic shelter

30 x Flutter Kicks

20 x American Hammers

20 x Boxcutters

Mosey back to Flag for COT.

Congrats to Chicken Noodle for running his first half marathon.
