WARM-UP

25 SSH’s, 20 Mountain Climbers, 25 Moroccan night clubs

THE THANG:

We moseyed over to the speed bumps where we did B.L.I.M.P.S.  At the first speed bump we did five Burpee’s.  At the second speed bump we did 10 lunges (each leg), 15 Imperial Walkers at the third, 20 Merkens at the  fourth, and 25 plank jacks and 30 squats at the 5th speed bump.  We rinsed and repeated 2 more times.

We moseyed  to the back parking lot and did some ab exercises.  The goal was to do 50 LBC’s (4 count) then run to sidewalk and back then do 50 box cutters (4 count), run and come back and do 50 flutter kicks (4 count).  We then moysed back to the flags.

COT:

The PAX that have hepled with diaster relief were thanked for showing love to the community. Thanks to all F3 brothers and their families that have helped. Please pray for those that have been affected by the hurricane.

Franks is planning a F 2 outing for this Wednesday night at 6:30 @ Good Hops in Carolina Beach.

Moleskin:

Strong work 8-penny for pushing through the pain this morning. You are still a beast even when not 100%. Thanks for helping out Crepe Face during the storm with his window at the restaurant.

Thanks Tea Party for showing 8-penny some stretching exercises.
