THE THANG:

Mosey to the pull up bars for CINDY – AMRAP for 20 minutes. 5 pull ups, 10 merkins, 15 squats

Mosey to the basketball court for WILT CHAMBERLAIN – pax sprint up and down the basketball court before each exercise:

  • 100 LBCs
  • 100 Hillbillies
  • 100 Flutter Kicks (50 each leg)
  • 100 Lunges (50 each leg)

COT:

Prayers for…

  • Catamount and his wife
  • Noodle’s family
  • Tubbs friend whose house was flooded
