PAX: Hooch, Chicken Noodle, Tink Tank, Tparty, Tubbs, Nomad, Crosswalk, F3Uglystick, RX

Warmorama: 20 Side Straddle Hop & 17 Hill Billy with a Mosey to Stadium. Thanks goes out to Tiny Tank for going back to get the key after we were a quarter of the way to the stadium (Needed to wear you down a little more before The Thang so you didn’t smoke us but in reality I think I should of sent Uglystick back with him)

The Thang: 50 merkins & 50 big boy situps-Run a lap backwards. Gotta get those calfs and quads burning! Next round is 50 merkins & 50 big boy situps- do a lap but the straight away is to be completed with walking lunges and the corners with a mosey. More burn for the quads to make the legs feel like jello! Repeat cycle until we mosey back to the AO!
