5 Burpees – Sprint to next corner

10 Jump Lunges (2 count) – Sprint to next corner

15 Spiderman Merkins (2 count) – Sprint to next corner

20 Makhtar N’Diayes – Sprint to next corner


Mary until the 6 completes the circuit.


Mosey to picnic tables.

Two Sets of:

20 Step-ups each leg

20 Dips

20 Incline Merkins



Happy Gilmore has a friend who just had a heart attack, no apparent signs prior…great reminder for all to get a calcium heart score check. EPO is recovering with a foot injury…lift him up in your prayers for a speedy recovery. RX gave a shout out to Chicken Noodle and others for the encouragement they have given him and recognition (via a new lid) for his hard work and dedication to the workouts.
