There are 5 speed bumps down the stretch. Start at speed bump #1
Each speed bump has an exercise.
Burpees, LBCs, merkins, flutter kicks, squats
Start at 50 reps for each exercise. Once done with first round run back to starting point and start over dropping by 10 reps per exercise. Continue until complete or out of time.
