BOB is doing a challenge coming from another F3 group this Thursday if anyone wants to join. Last week BOB finished 5th out of 500 time submissions to the challenge, Congrats! Poney Express mentioned a Q needed for Cool Runnings this thursday if anyone wants to step up. I almost threw up and had to adjust which is why you see the 3/4 mile jog. Next time I will be sure to push harder, throw up and make it so much more memorable. Great Work Men!
