The Thang: With a little schedule challenge, I picked up the Q today and since I just Q’d 3 days prior where we totally focused on stomach, I was glad to change it up a bit with a circuit of 13 stations.
40 single arm kettle bell swings, 25 squat thrust, 20 Triple Crush, 25 step-ups, 25 dips, 20 box jumps, lunge to playground with 10 Merkins, 5 pullups Bear Crawl to Building, 40 lawn Mower Pulls, 20 American Hammers, 20 Curls each arm, 25 Sumosquats, 25 Bobby Hurleys. Move through circuit twice. Well after 2 back to back leads, I still felt welcomed from the group. Thanks guys!!!
