The Thang: Since we were ready to beat it to the core, we decided to start it easy with an Puerto Rican Indian Run with 5 Merkins and sprint to the front. With the storm looming over us we finished the run to the building overhang and went straight to the core working in partners, which went somethign like this.

100 sit-ups (25 x4) while partner holds feet in plank position; 200 American Hammers-while partner Al Gores sand bag to end of parking lot, 5 purbees and lunge back – 300 mountain climbers- partner bear crawls to end of parking lot and sprint back ; 200 American Hammers- while partner Al Gores sand bag to end of parking lot, 5 purbees and lunge back;100 sit-ups (25 x4) while partner holds feet in plank position…Stomachs all in knots, now taking a break and moving to dips and Merkins for about 5 minutes before we go to see Mary.

Mary: Box Cuttersx20, Freddy Mercuriesx20, 6 Inch hold 10 count each PAX

COT: Prayer for Bluegrass reserve travel/training,

So it might of been a bit much on our stomach muscles as I felt it more than I wanted later on, but it was fun hitting the core.
