WARM UP:

  • SSH x 25 IC
  • Hill Billy x 20 IC
  • Moroccan Night Club x 50 IC

THE THANG:

  • mosey to the back of my truck to gather the sand bag
  • all PAX line up shoulder to shoulder going up the hill
  • pull the sandbag through underneath and to the next guy
  • then run to the front of the line
  • get the sandbag to the top of the hill, then back down
  • then flapjack so you can use the other arm!
  • return the sandbag
  • mosey to the parking deck
    • on the up ramps:
      • broad jump burpee
      • bear crawl
      • crab walk
      • reverse lunge
    • on the flats:
      • backwards run
  • at the top, partner up for:
    • 20 merkins on top of wall – flapjack with partner
    • 20 dips – flapjack
  • back with your partner, bear crawl down the deck
    • partner runs to bottom, then back up
    • switch wherever they bear crawled too
    • continue until you get to the bottom
  • mosey to the stairs
    • one partner runs up and back down
    • other partner stays and does flutter kicks IC
    • flapjack
  • mosey to the flag
