WARM UP:

THE THANG:

  • mosey to the beach at Stone St
  • run from Stone St to Carolina Yacht Club by the sand to beach access, down the access to the street, to next access, to sand, etc, etc until reaching CYC
  • Mary while we wait for the SIX
  • mosey to the dock and remove shoes and dry items
  • In and Outs:
    • jump off dock, pull yourself up, 30 American Hammers (5 rounds)
    • jump off dock, pull yourself up, 20 squats (5 rounds)
    • jump off dock, 10 pull ups, swim out 10 strokes, back 10 strokes (5 rounds)
  • 2 column Indian Run to Live Oak Loop
    • karaoke to first speed bump, backwards run to next speed bump, run around median and back to next speed bump, backwards run, karaoke
  • ding dong ditch Double Checks’ gf’s house because his truck was sitting in front of it
  • mosey back to AO

COT/MOLESKINZ:

  • prayers for Bogey’s grandma undergoing cancer removal surgery today
  • prayers for our brothers who fartsacked!
