We did an Indian Run while running with a cinder block from the back of the line to the front and then passing it to the back of the line. Once we reached the pile of cinder blocks (coupon for the morning), we each grabbed our own coupon and proceeded to the parking lot. At one island, we had five exercises to do with our coupon and after doing each exercise we ran to another island with our coupon and did 1 ab exercise and then went back and forth until all five exercises were complete. With the coupon we did 15 triceps extensions, 15 curls, 15 cinder block swings, 15 block bench presses, and 15 goblet squats. The ab exercises included 20 plank jacks, 20 flutter kicks, 20 American hammers with coupon (4 count), 20 lbc’s, and 20 box cutters.
Trolly Stop shared about being “farmer strong” and how we should work hard to be ready to go out every day sand give it our all just like farmers. Farmers get their strength by working hard each day.
