We started off with a mosey to the pull up bars. Stop at first speed bump and do 20 spiderman merkins. Go to next speed bump and do 15 burpees.
Once at the pull up bars, line up and do 5 pull ups first set then 4,3,2 and 1. Next, chin ups same way.
Next we pair up for a little circuit. While first pax does 20 reverse rows, second pax does reverse lunges. Backwards mosey down the path to intersection stop for 20 high five merkins, mosey to speed bump for 20 high five jump squats, mosey to next speed bump one pax planks while other pax does 20 derkins.mosey to last speed bump for 20 sit ups. Rinse and repeat one more time.
With a little time left, we mosey from the pull up bars towards the AO stop at the first speed bump, sprint to the next one. then walk to the next speed bump. Repeat 2 more times. Next walk to the AO for some MARY.
