Since its Memorial Day and 20 of us had just completed a full Murph at HMP, it only makes sense to continue to tribute to our fallen service men and women with a Baywatch Murph

  • divide up into 10 even teams and each team grabs a watermelon out of YHC’s truck
  • all teams make way to the rally point just before the water entry at the Diminishing Republic. It is here that YHC explains that we will be completing the Baywatch Murph!
    • each team must swim to the palm tree with their watermelon
    • each member of each team must complete:
      • 100- big boy sit ups
      • 200- merkins
      • 300- squats
    • then swim back
    • the catch:
      • each teams watermelon is smeared with Crisco before entering the water for an added element of slipperiness and challenge!
  • once all teams and back and all PAX are ready to move, we made our way back to the AO where Dino led some Freddie Mercuries for the SIX to come in
  • next we line in up two columns, with all 4 American Flags up front for a 2 column Indian Run down Causeway drive and back!

  • We are eternally grateful for all those brave men and women who have served our country to protect our freedoms. As it states in John 15:13, “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.”
  • We had a moment to take a knee and recognize those PAX among us who had, or are currently, served in our military! Thank you men for your service! Zuckerburg, Tiny Tank, Busted Grill, Sir Mix A Lot, Flamer, Hoff, EPO; and forgive me if I missed anyone!
  • I must make mention that OBT provided his vote for best AO in F3 Nation in his attempt to settle the twitter battle and it goes to Baywatch! Any other AO that still feels the need to compete, come join us and see for yourself!

It was an honor and a privilege to join with Zuckerburg to lead an amazing group of HIM!

-BTB – over and out!
