DORA 1-2-3 (100 merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 squats) – it was here 8-Penny taught me that New York is not in New England and I learned that I’m dumb.

SIX PACK – done 11’s style but only to the number six. start with one pull up, five merkins. Once you hit five pull ups, one merkin, reverse it and go back down…I guess that would technically make it a 12 pack? Oh well.
Mosey back to the flags for…
TUXEDO – this is a new one I came up with. PAX circle up and hold plank for the song “Do It” by Tuxedo. Every time you hear “do it”, that’s a merkin…I tried adding shoulder taps when you heard a bunch of other words, but it didn’t work out so well. Maybe it’s a throw away but if nothing else you get funky first thing in the morning.
