QIC: Tom Sawyer, by way of Bonespur handing (maybe too soon!?) over his VQ after suffering some nice trauma to his right hand.  Yep, jumped in to separate 2 dogs that were not agreeing with each other.  Picture of his hand on slack.  BUT, do not bark too loud as he will be back soon to have another go at his VQ.. I have seen the workout…..OUCH!

2 Lines for an Indian Run along “the boomerang” to the parking lot beside tennis courts for some 11’s

-1 Box Jump on the knee wall (Step Ups to Modify).

-Run down the grassy hill

-10 Mike Tyson pushups….run back to knee wall then rinse and repeat for 2&9, 3&8, etc.

Mary –  Yep, we did some while waiting on the 6…….

Slow Mosey to Tennis Courts for some Dora 1-2-3

-100: Merkins SC

-200: American Hammer SC

-300: LBC’s SC

OYO…Pax 1 started while Pax 2 sprinted to aluminum bench (halfway down the courts) for 10 dips before sprinting back to Pax 1 to take over……rinse & repeat until done.

-The Protractor (seemed like between 2 and 100 minutes and Parrot Head laughed at us)!
