Warm Up:

10 x Burpees a minute for 5 minutes (50 total)

Long mosey to the stadium

THE THANG:

Partner up for Dora 1-2-3: 100 Pull-ups; 200 Dips; 300 Crunchy Frogs; 1st partner exercises, 2nd partner runs to concrete pad and performs 5 Mike Tyson’s, then returns. Partners swap and continue until all exercise reps are complete. This took a lot longer than planned, but was a smoker so well worth it!

Mosey to the stadium. Time is low, so skip the 11’s and run the stairs. All pax perform 15 Burpees then go up and down every set of stairs around the stadium hitting each step. 10 sets of stairs and 1 lap around the track. A few pax finished ahead and picked up the six and ran some extra stairs.

Mosey back to Flag for COT.

EPO was missing the Hoff this morning. I sure it’s a lot easier to go shirtless in ranger panties when someone else is doing it too!

YHC is glad Coach Cline controlled himself in the stadium and didn’t do anything to get us banned…
