FOUR CORNERS – four corners, four exercises (Carolina dry docks, American hammers, crunchy frogs, side straddle hops), four count. Everyone starts in the center and then takes off to a corner with a partner. After finishing that first exercise, run back to the center and hold Al Gore until everyone returns. Then go to the next corner. YHC did a really bad job explaining it. Glass Joe confirmed it was actually more of a star then four corners. You live and you learn I guess.

BELCHING – pax line up side by side laying flat on the ground. Q gives commands of go and pax hop up (like recovering from a burpee) and take off. When Q yells drop, dive to the ground. Do this fast.

JOHNNY CASH (it burns, burns, burns, that ring of fireeeeeee) – pax circle up and hold planks while each pax completes 5 reps of following exercise one at a time. When it’s not your turn hold plank:
– mountain climbers (4 count)
on your six for round two holding six inches while each pax goes around and does flutter kicks (four count)
