Warmorama: Seal Clap IC 25, Imperial Walkers IC x 25 Cotton Pickers IC 15, Mosey around the loop
BabyDaddy took over here. All this work was done in the rain in a puddle filled grass field. A circuit workout was a four corners with an added center Cone. Start Corner 1 with 5 box jumps (out of a puddle and on to a wet deck) mossy to center cone for 10 Burpees. Mossy to Corner 2 for 5 Pull ups then Mossy back to center cone for 10 Burpees. Mossy to Corner 3 for 20 Murkins then mossy back to center for 10 Burpees. Mossy to corner 4 for 20 lunges (single count 10 each leg) then mossy back to center cone for 10 Burpees. Then rinse and repeat as many times as you can in the allotted time. At any time during the workout if a PAX yells MOSSY as a group we all run about 50 yards and back and then return to wherever you were in station and continue. Each PAX was SUPPOSED to call a mosey durning this part of the workout and all but one did. Brady saved his until after the nameorama!! Sneaky Sneaky. Once everyone had completed two rounds all the PAX did a speed round doing rep at each station.
To finish out the time all the PAX moseyed behind MacNChuck for a finial lap around the full loop.
