The Modified Sandbag Mile – PAX line up in a straight line. Lead man throws a 50 pound sandbag three times. Then run back to the original starting position and then get back in line. Other pax do a merkin every time the bag hits the ground. Rinse and repeat.
Sandbag Breaks – sorry EPO! That’s what happens when 8-Penny and Tiny Tank are around
Move into the BEARMUDA TRIANGLE – Three different stations in a triangle. Bear crawl to each station and do a rep of a specific exercise. Bear crawl to the next station and increase reps by 1. Do this until we hit a total of 10 reps (Station 1 – Squats, Station 2 – diamond merkins, Station 3 – burpees)
Interval Run back to flag and circle up.
Hold plank until each PAX tells one thing they’re thankful for or something positive happening in their life. Then do a merkin. Increase number of merkins as each PAX takes a turn.

We found out there’s a lot of great things going on in the lives of the Screaming Eagle’s. We have much to be thankful for. I always appreciate the opportunity to lead and am so grateful for this group of men!
