Partner up and Catch me if you Can run to the pull up bars. One person starts running backwards, other pax performs 5 Burpees and sprints to catch first. Swap and keep moving until you reach the pull up bars.
At bars perform modified 11’s. Perform 5 pull-ups, Run to wall and do 10 hip Slappers, run back to bars and do 5 pull-ups ups. Number of Hip Slappers decreases by 1 each round and pull ups remain at 5. End with 5 pull-ups.
Mosey to Flamer’s wall for Dora 1-2-3: Partner up for 100 Merkins; 200 Big Boy Sit-ups; 300 Step Ups. 1st partner exercises, 2nd partner runs to sidewalk and performs 5 Jump Squats, then returns. Partners swap and continue until all exercise reps are complete. Had to cut short because of time.
