THE THANG:

2 column indian run around the soccer fields with a cooler filled with two ruck sacks, one of which had 30 lbs of weight and the other contained 50 lbs! Cooler stayed in the front and the PAX rotated up from the rear to to take their turn. Left at the lake and end at the bleachers by the parking lot.

Partner up – Partner 1 bear crawls the steps up and down and lunge walks the straight a ways until Partner 2 returns from running to the skate park and scaling the half pipe 4 times then running back.

100 Flutter Kicks while we gather the 6.

Mosey to the pull-up bars. 50 cumulative pull-ups 5 reps at a time then rotate. Get 5 reps each round out whether you have to modify or not!

Mosey to quarry and select 2 large coupons. 20 Coupon Bench Presses then 20 Alternating Coupon Curls!

Mosey back to flags for 2 minutes of Protractor led by BTB!
