 Indian ruck to pull-up bars

Ruck Modified Murph for time:

  • Ruck 1 mile
  • With ruck on: (50) pull-ups, (100) merkins, (150) squats
  • Ruck 1 mile

Shuffle back to flag.

COT/Moleskin:

  • Everyone completed the Modified Murph in time, strong work by all!
  • First TR post for Hooch, welcome brother and great push at the end!
  • RunnerGirl, thanks for holding down the FiA presence.
