WARM-UP:

10 Brupees OYO
10 Burpees OYO

THANG: 

Mosey to the Plank-Yard

Triple3 Plank Relay:

  • Partner up in Three’s
  • One Pax at each end of 2×12 with 3rd Pax on 2×12 complete the following:
    1.    Up-right Rows x10
    2.    Overhead Press x10
    3.    Ground Press x10
  • 3rd Pax then BearCrawls down hill to fence and pulls themselves up on the rope, then lowers again x3 followed with running back to the plank
  • While 3rd Pax works the rope, the other 2 alternate Planking Plank-Pulls
  • Rotate and rinse/repeat until all Pax ride the plank x3
