Warm up: side straddle hop x 15 IC, windmill x 15 IC, cotton pickers x 15 IC
The Thang: Mosey to the track. 4 laps around the track, each lap 10 burpees. Do fludder kicks while waiting for the six. 4 more laps, each lap 10 lbc’s. Do hello dolly and heels to heaven while waiting for the six. Two more laps, stop at the pull up bars, do 5 pull ups each lap. Mosey back to the flag.

Today’s goal was quick miles. Nothing fancy, just keep moving. With multiple pax working into some sort of ruck training, getting comfortable at a relatively quick pace is key.
Head out Riegel Rd – Left on Rose Ave/CCT – Went out for ~20 mins & turned around.
Cut through woods on path off CCT & through Seahawk Village – out onto Cahill Dr – Left on Reynolds Dr – Right on Price Dr & back to the flag just in time.
Overall we covered 2.6 miles with an average pace of 15:27. Not too bad, and I would say mission accomplished.
