Warm-up – Side Straddle Hop x 25 IC, mountain climbers x 20 IC and cotton picker x 15 IC.
Thang – mosey to end of AO parking lot. Team up into teams of three Pax. Teams were instructed to stay together for exercises and mosey. Start with burpees and squats, 10 reps each then mosey to shelter at opposite end of loop road. Decline merkins and knee-ups at shelter, 10 reps each. Mosey back to beginning at end of AO parking lot. Repeat subtracting 1 rep each time around the loop.
10+9+8+7+6+5+4+3+2+1 = 55 reps of each exercise. The loop is approximately 1/4-mile x 10 laps = 2.5 miles.
Mary – pax sit on their six and hold feet off of ground and pass medicine ball around the circle x 2.
Announcements – Flounder is starting a new workout at Hugh McRae Park starting February 8 (Thursday 5:30 AM) and will be called Cool Running. The workout will be geared towards running, sprinting and other fun running stuff.
