Q: Trolly Stop

PAX: Stiffler, Tiny Tank, Nomad, The Mountie, Rx, 8-Penny, Crosswalk, Short Rib, and Glass Joe

Warm up:

  • Mosey to well lighted parking lot and circle up.
  • 25 Invisible Jump Rope Hops (both feet)
  • 25 Invisible Jump Rope Hops (alternating each foot)
  • 50 Hindu Squats
  • 25 Hindu Merkins
  • 30 sec Flutter Kicks with Tricep Extensions rolling immediately onto belly for 30 sec Dry Land Front Crawl and repeat (2 min total).

The Thang:

  • 20 Merkins, 19 Arm Flaps, 18 Merkins, 17 Arm Flaps, 16 Merkins, 15 Arm Flaps etc. You get the point. We ended at 1 Arm Flap.
  • 20 Squats, 19 lunges (each leg), 18 Squats, etc. (Same thing)
  • 30 sec Flutter Kicks with Tricep Extensions rolling immediately onto belly for 30 sec Dry Land Front Crawl and repeat (2 min total).
  • 20 Burning Hammers
  • Mosey back to cars.
  • Along the way–30 yards of Broad Jump Burpees, 30 yards of Duck Walks, 30 yards of Bear Crawls
  • 15 yards of Broad Jump Burpees, 15 yards of Duck Walks, 15 yards of Bear Crawls   X 2
