Warm Up:

YHC rolled in at exactly 0530 so BTB had a little fun with it by doing some number of SSH’s then proceeding to run the PAX to the parking lot next to the playground as I exited my truck! Thank you for turning the reigns back over 🙂

Parking Space Tracers to the left the length of the parking lot – then repeato facing right back to where we began.

Mosey to the concrete stairs at the skate park – YHC determined the wooden stairs were still a little slick for safety.
While hopping on your right foot complete 3 round trips up the stairs then back down. Repeato on your left leg. By round 3 of each you could really feel the burn!

Head over to Faith Hill for 3 rounds of reverse lunge down the hill and forward lunge back up the hill. No one fell, at least that I saw, but lots of slipping and sliding!

Take the long way around the park, being careful not to slip and fall, which caused YHC to give a belated disclaimer that everyone is here at their own risk and peril!
Continue our mosey to the bleachers.

Spread out the length of the bleachers shoulder width apart and complete rounds as follows:
Round 1: Incline merkin on first bleacher seat, add a merkin at each row: aka move up one row and complete 2 merkins, you should have done roughly 9 merkins by the time you reached the top.
Round 2: Inch worm up bleachers with one merkin at each row.
Round 3: Lunge walk to top then complete 1 derkin at each row until you reach the bottom!

Mosey to the pull-up bars and partner up:
Round 1: 60 cumulative Squat Pull-ups – Partner 1 completes 5 while Partner 2 completes dips then flap jack until you get to 60.
Round 2: 80 Suspending Knees to chest: Attempt to hold at the top of a pull up with your head above the bar and complete 10 knees to chest while Partner 2 completes incline merkins then flap jack.

Mosey to the picnic shelter next to the playground for our last circuit.
Modified Lazy Dora: Find a different partner this time.
Round 1: 50 Decline Merkins: Partner 1 completes 10 while Partner 2 holds high plank then flap jack.
Round 2: 100 Incline Merkins: Partner 1 completes 10 incline merkins while Partner 2 holds low plank then flap jack.
Round 3: 150 Squats: Parnter 1 completes 10 squats while Partner 2 holds Al Gore then flap jack.

We are out of time! Head back to the flag and circle up for COT.
