Forward Reverse Mosey

(Flounder was pumped to get some pull ups in…that’s when I said let’s mosey to the picnic shelter. When asked if we were staying here…I decided we weren’t.
The swing sets were currently without swings so we took advantage by taking turns traversing arm over arm on the top of the set a few rounds.

- Reverse Dips x 30 IC
Mosey back to the flag
- Crab Cakes x 20 IC
- Protractor led by BTB
Continued Prays for Ball Bearing’s Mother-in-Law and the rest of the family. Prayers for everyone traveling for the Holidays. Allow us to remember the true reason for the celebration and simply be kind to one another. Continue to mold ourselves into HIS image and become better men, fathers, brothers, husbands, and friends.
Great group this morning!
Spin Doctor – always a good sport with the continued “ball” jokes
EOM – showed his Tough Mudder expertise with the Orangutan climb
Dino – you should have been there
Zuckerburg – glad BTB had company this morning
LETC – Always an honor to have you in the PAX when I Q!
Flounder – I’ll throw in some pull ups next time!
BTB – you and Zuckerburg seemed to enjoy the Orangutan…going an extra round
Coffee Bean – still rockin’ the sweatshirt in 50 degree weather
Ball Bearing – so glad to have you out there in the gloom. I’m sure it’s difficult to make it out sometimes…we always have your back brother!
Etch-A-Sketch…Just like I drew it up!
