Warmup: 10 burpees OYO; 10 burpees OYO; 10 burpees OYO; and 10 burpees OYO. (Threat of mutiny ended the warm-up).
The THANG: Joe Bob the Christmas Elf on the Shelf joined the PAX from the North Pole for an Indian Run past tennis courts to the loop headed East. Joe Bob was handed down the line to the Six to report any slacking to Santa. (The Twist: every time a car passed, PAX stopped and did 3 burpees).
Turn on N Lumina and run South. 10 squats at every curb (2 curbs per street crossed). 10 dips at every wall or bench.
Circle up at corner of Causeway Drive for Mary of flutter kicks, mountain climbers and LBC’s.
Lunge walk all the way across the bridge.
Run West on Causeway Drive for 1 min/200 yards, the stop for 20 merkins (repeat)
Circle up at Intracoastal Realty lot for MORE Mary. Flutter kicks, box cutters, American hammer.
Run West on Causeway Drive for 1 min/200 yards, the stop for 20 merkins (repeat) back to AO for…
…Reindeer Games! Two teams of PAX competed in relays around far orange cones of bear crawl, crab walk and sprints. Team 2 prevailed – East, Crosswalk, Spin Doctor, THE Adjuster, and YHC.
