Warm UP: SSH x25, Cotton Pickers x15, Mountain Climbers x 20

The Thang:

Mosey to the tennis courts, Bear Crawl Burpees PAX start in upright position arms raised (Grizzly bear rarwr) drop in to burpee, at the top of the push up start bear crawling. Everytime you hear Grizzly, you hop back up, drop back down, push up and crawl again. (Two Tennis courts there and Back)

Elevens in Tennis courts Burpees and Squats Run two tennis court long and back. (only two because the other two were so rudely occupied by tennis players. Those who finished first hung out with Al Gore.

Bear crawl burpees two courts there and back

Everything I planned is above and everything below I just made up as we went🙂 Just go with it.

Mosey to pull up bars (All OYO) Round 1: 10 Pull Ups, 10 merkins, Round 2: 5 Pull Ups, 10 merkins, Round3:  5 Pull UP, 10 merkins

Long Mosey back to AO with a stop at the Picnic shelter. Where we did two rounds of 10 incline merkins, 10 Decline Merkins, and 20 Gas Pumps

Five minutes of Mary: LBC x 25 Snickers, Scissor Kicks x 20 Hahvahd lead, Freddie Mercery x 20 Tenenbaum, Side Planks Niles lead
