I had are workout planned for today, but Hooch showed up with keys to the stadium and the planned workout was thrown out the window. Time for some stairs!

Warm Up:

Long mosey to the stadium.

THE THANG:

The Screaming Eagle Mile: 4 Laps around the track running the stairs on the home and visitor side of the stadium during each lap. Start on home side. Perform 10 burpees then start a lap. Run up and down each set of six stairs, touching each step on way up and down. Run turn of track to other side and run four sets of stairs on the visitors side. Run opposite turn to finish lap. Rinse and repeat 3 more times.

All pax finished with just enough time to mosey back to the flag for COT.

COT/Moleskin:

Strong work men! Sorry for the curve ball and predominately running workout, but got to take advantage of the keys when they show up.

The Cape Fear Ghost Flag has been recaptured by the Screaming Eagles and is coming home! Next opportunity to capture it will be Wednesday at 0530.
