Night Flight Tour of HMP

WARM UP:
– SSH x 25 IC

THE THANG:
Starting in front of the parking lot, 5 burpees at each speedbump, running to next until we make it all the way around the pond to the pull up bars

Next up is a little 5, 10, 15, 20:  5 pull ups, 10 merkins, 15 Fence dips, 20 LBCs, R&R x3

Run to bridge, bear crawl across, 2 pax rotate between as many rounds of 5 incline merkins and 5 decline merkins, while 3rd pax runs up and back stairs, then switch till each pax has run 3x

Repeat circuit but with AMRAP of 10 dips and 10 step-ups till all pax have run 1x

Bear crawl back over bridge, run to pull up bars, then reverse initial circuit, 5 burpees at each speedbump, running to next until we make it back to parking lot

Just enough time for low plank with a 30 count ×2

COT/MOLESKIN:

A small, but mighty group tonight.  The three pax dynamic was nice. As we learned in Grow School, two or more is a success! Was great to be surrounded by 2 classy Respects!  Thankful for the gift of F3 and for the health and ability  to do it. Prayers to be continually better men, in all facets of our lives, and for all the unspoken prayer requests. Night workouts can be tough with our busy schedules and family life, but if you’ve never been to one you should really check one out…a different vibe and great way to wind down from the day.
