Warm-up

  • Seal Clap x30 IC
  • Cotton Pickers x20 IC
  • While still in position, press palms of hands to ground for 10 count (Q said “press hands to bottom of ground” because he can’t say words)
  • Imperial Walkers x 20 IC

The THANG

  • Mosey to the area the Q vaguely points to (a parking lot)
  • A-L-A-R-M (Arm, Leg, Abs, ‘R’ Exercise, ‘M’ Exercise) with partner run
    • 100 Shoulder Taps
    • 200 Lunges
    • 300 Flutter Kicks
    • 400 Rocky Balboas
    • 500 Mountain Climbers
  • Black Jacks
    • Start on the sideline of a parking lot. Run to the other side.
    • Perform 1 Merkin. Return to the other side. Perform 20 LBCs.
    • Run back and do 2 Merkins. Run back for 19 LBCs.
    • Repeat until you do 20 Merkins and 1 LBC, running between the ends of the parking lot.
    • (None of finished except BTB)
