The pax- Gravity, Flips, Pony Express, Seahorse, Trump, and Venus.
In the dark early gloom the pax rolled up onto Trump and Venus who had just completed their EC run. Tclaps brothers. With a total of 6 pax joining YHC, we decided to get stronger. Let’s get to work.
Warm up- Seal claps IC x 30, Imperial Walkers IC x 20, and Cotton pickers.
Each pax was instructed to grab 2 KBs and line up behind Venus for an Indian ruck to the pull up bars. At each speed bump, we stopped to do 5 burpees. Some kbs were heavier than others.
At pull up bars – 5 pull ups, 10 dips, and 15 goblet squats x 3. 5 chin ups, 10 inverted rows, and 15 goblet squats x 3. 10 knees to chest, 20 merkins, and 40 kb swings x 3. Last round, 5 pull ups, 10 dips, and 15 goblet squats x 3.
Indian ruck back to flag- flap jack.

Already gave a shout out to Venus and Trump on their EC. YHC was honored to have 2 stingrays show up for my Q. Seahorse has huge balls. Gravity owns this workout and is making it happen.
