Warm-up: Cross country Ski 16 IC, Imperial Walkers 16 IC, Squats 16 IC.
The Thang: Mosey to pull up bars the long way around the pond, 3 burpees at each speed bump in honor of BG,s 3yr. F3 anniversary. Plank when you get there. We’ll do a half Murphy, 50 pull ups, 100 merkins and 150 squats. Split up however you want. I suggest 10 sets of 5 pull ups, 10 merkins, 15 squats. Flutter kicks, box cutters(LETC), heels to heaven (no tar intended) waiting for the 6. Mosey across the bridge to the wall by the pond. 20 jump ups or 30 step ups OYO. 20 seal claps IC. Mosey back to pull up bars for 10 pull ups, 20 merkins, 30 squats then plank. Back to AO flag the way you came, 3 burpees at each speed bump. We’ve only done 42 burpees, need 48 for my 48th wedding anniversary ( Sept. 26), so 1/2 loop around the lot, 2 more speed bumps, 6 more burpees! Mayhem led American hammers and Niles took us out with some contorted, psycho-bridge move that I couldn’t do.
COT: We heard from The Hoff and LETC about the BRR, emphasizing how great the F2 was. The pictures intimating running is fun were hilarious, right Gravity? Awesome job BRRers!
