Warm-up: Mosey to the road by lot M
The Thang: This is the GO square. From here we run around the athletic fields – turns out it is a mile. No $200 when you pass GO just 200 reps: 50 each of Freddie Mercuries, Merkins, Seal Claps and Squats all single count, decreased by 10 reps each after each lap. Time your lap and try to speed up by 20 to 30 seconds or more each lap. No fair checking your time until the lap is finished. How well do you know your pace? Everybody completed at least 3 laps with the rabbits completing an extra lap around the Warwick Center. It pushed me to my fastest mile in a couple of years. It’s all relative so no numbers will be revealed. The Captain learned a lesson that could benefit other PAX: calories + no PAX = slow pain. A quick search for Parrothead unfortunately turned up nothing. Maybe next time?
