DATE: 8/24/17

# of PAX: 11

PAX: Coon Bait, Ugly Stik, Captain Stubbing, Trump, Blade, SOA (Chucktown), Mr. Kotter, Hoverround, 8 Penny, Opie

  • imperial walker x 20 IC
  • windmill x 20 IC
  • Moroccan night club x 50 IC

  • it was rainy all night and at the beginning so I figured we would find some shelter in case the rain started again, so we moseyed to the nearest parking deck and partnered up for DORACIDES!
  • all reps would be cumulative with you and your partner. One partner stays at the ground level, other partner runs to level 1, 1 burpee, back down, level 2, 2 burpees, back down, level 3, 3 burpees, back down, level 4, 4 burpees, back down, switch!
  • 100 reps- mountain climber merkins
  • 200 reps- dips
  • 300 reps- decline merkins with feet at top of 4′ wall
  • 400 reps- heels to heaven
  • Mary while we wait:
    • American hammer x 20 IC
    • flutter kicks x 20 IC (but we decided to test our brain power and count backwards, so rep 1 was 20, 19, 18, etc.)
  • Mosey back to the flag

  • Coon Bait and Opie were a team and they were awesome! They were tired, we were all tired, but they never once stopped moving forward! Strong work!
  • SOA and 8 Penny were a team and they were flying! Always great to have SOA in town and love seeing 8 Penny get faster every workout.
  • Hoverround and Trump were a team that wins for team spirit! They made sure each other knew which level he was heading to next, either for motivation or to make sure the other was still knocking out reps!
  • Mr. Kotter and Captain Stubbing were a team and they are as consistent as you can ever be. Steady, strong, and continually moving in the right direction!
  • Blade, Ugly, and I were a team and I have to thank those boys for getting me through. Bad allergies have me struggling to breathe, but we all leaned on each other to hammer out all the reps! Thanks for the push!
  • Prayers for Wreck It Ralph who broke a couple of toes yesterday and is out for 4-6 weeks.
  • Prayers for all those unspoken prayers and concerns.
  • Be at Night Flight TONIGHT! It’s back and better than ever with Cracker at the helm! Forest Hills Elementary School at 6:15pm.

That’s all I’ve got for today. I appreciate the honor and privilege of leading such a fine group of men!

BTB- over and out!
