6 pax posted at Screaming Eagle for a beatdown for YHC. The weather has changed to cool with low humidity, this is a welcome treat. Let’s get it started!
25 x seal claps
20 arm circles forwards and backwards
25 x mtn climbers
Low back Stretches
Lets mosey to the front of the school.
EMOM x 10 minutes
Next is balls to the wall, reversed. Do a handstand but face away from the wall. This will help improve balance to help with handstand walking.
Hold for 30 seconds. Do 5 handstand Merkins. Rinse and repeat.
Get a partner. Partner 1 will attempt to handstand walk 10 yards. Partner 2 will help steady partner 1. Each pax will do this 3 times.
This is a great exercise for the upper body.
Now let’s mosey some more. We quickly crank up the pace to an 8 minute mile pace. 2.0 Downhill is really killing the run. Strong work.
We arrive back at the flag a little late.
