Mosey to Parking Deck…partner up.  Partner 1 runs up ramps to top deck.  Partner A does 25 merkins and 25 squats before taking the stairs up to top deck.  (Flutter kicks while waiting for all pax to reach the top). (Partner 1 and Partner A = both leaders. Ha.)

Same thing going down…Partner 1 runs down ramps to bottom deck.  Partner A does 25 merkins and 25 squats before taking the stairs down to bottom deck.  (Flutter kicks while waiting for all pax to reach the bottom).

Partners switch roles…ascend and descend accordingly.

Mosey to AO.  (This is when we find Blade running solo like a sad clown, but motivated none the less.)

COT:

Sasquatch this Saturday in Greenville.  $15.  Clown cars heading up Friday.  CF Pax include BG, LETC, Hoff, Sir-Mix-Alot, Parrothead, YHC, and probably a few more.

Fist Bump to Hoveround for helping the Wilmington Road Runners defeat their arch nemesis the Grand Strand Runners from Myrtle Beach in a cross-country grudge run this past weekend.

Prayers of gratitude for being able to post this morning, as well as prayers of hope for those not able to post.  Prayers for first responders and protectors of our freedoms.

MOLESKINZ:

Great push by all to run hard/fast when necessary!!  BG and Hover did not give us much time to catch our breath before sprinting the next series…STRONG WORK!

Although motivated, Morpheus’ presence at the six makes me think the only laps he did on his cruise were around the midnight buffet.

For someone who doesn’t like running, Parrothead was rather congenial and agreeable today.  Thanks for the positive feedback!

Good talking to upcoming fellow educator Tannenbaum.  Stay motivated…our schools and kids need it!

Blade – 5:30.   (Nice work though putting in miles on your own.)

Thanks for the opportunity to lead!

-Mr. Kotter
