QIC: Busted Grill

PAX: Minecraft, Parotthead, Heisenberg, Firemarshall Bill, Gobo

Warm-up: Mosey to track, run 3 laps, then the fun starts. Do 6 laps with at least 2 all out 50 yard sprints each lap, walk to recover between sprints. If you don’t know where your hamstrings are and you did all out sprints, you will probably know where they are by tomorrow. Finish up with pull-ups, toes to bar and dips each to exhaustion, rest as much as you need between exercises. Mosey back to flag for namerama and COT.

Great to have Minecraft back on Tuesdays. Glad the campus police were still sleeping. Speeding tickets would have been issued.
